  • Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

    Michael J. Kachmer

    Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

    Mike Kachmer was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in March 2014. Prior to joining Duravant, he served as President of the Foodservice Group at The Manitowoc Company, Inc. and served as both Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Culligan International. Earlier in his career, Mike held senior leadership roles at Algroup Wheaton, Inc., Van Leer Containers, Inc., Ball Corporation and the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company.

    He currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare.

    Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Carson Brennan

    Chief Financial Officer

    Carson Brennan was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2023. He joined Duravant in 2016 to lead Business Development and M&A and later served as President, Key Technology Americas. He most recently held the role of VP Strategy and Business Development.

    Before joining Duravant, he founded a remote coaching platform for young professionals. Prior, he served as Director of Finance and Operations for Evertrue and held positions with Madison Dearborn Partners and Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. Carson holds a Bachelor's degree from Brown University.

  • Chief Information Officer

    Pat Quint

    Chief Information Officer

    Pat Quint joined Duravant in April 2023 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining the company, he served as CIO at Mastronardi Produce where he led IT business strategies. He also held the position of Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Analytics at TD Ameritrade. Earlier in his career Pat served as Global Product Development and Launch Systems Executive at Adient, Vice President of the IT Business Process Office at Johnson Controls, and Global Application Delivery Manager at Ford Motor Company.

    Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Wayne State University.

  • Chief Human Resources Officer

    David Parker

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    David Parker serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Duravant, where he has been responsible for global human capital strategy and organizational development since 2014. He brings extensive leadership experience from prior roles at Lanier Worldwide and Ricoh Americas Corporation, where he served as Senior Director of Customer Administration prior to joining Duravant. David also held various leadership roles in Human Resources, Administration, and Sales Operations during his time at Lanier Worldwide.

    David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.

    Mike LaBelle

    Sr. Vice President, Strategy & Business Development

    Mike LaBelle joined Duravant in November 2019 and serves as Sr. Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Duravant, he served as a Director at Twin Brook Capital Partners, where he focused on business development, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior,

    Mike served as a Director of Commercial Development with National Express and held various roles at Madison Capital Funding and William Blair, where he conducted financing and investment banking activities. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

  • Sr. Vice President, Marketing

    Eleni Yianas

    Sr. Vice President, Marketing

    Eleni Yianas joined Duravant in June 2014 and serves as Sr. Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining Duravant, she held the position of Director of Global Marketing and Product Management for the Foodservice Platform at Pentair. Eleni held various marketing leadership roles within Pentair focused on commercial, industrial and consumer markets and brands. Her previous roles include marketing management at Everpure, Prince Castle, and Keating of Chicago.

    She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for PMMI and serves on its Business Intelligence Committee and the Packaging and Processing Women’s Leadership Network Executive Council. Eleni holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

    Hans Van der Aa

    Sr. Vice President, Lifecycle Services

    Hans Van der Aa joined Duravant in 2019 and serves as Sr. Vice President of Lifecycle Services. Before joining Duravant, Hans served as Director of Regional Service for the Americas at ASM Assembly Systems. He held senior leadership positions in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Customer Support, and R&D at Assembléon (formerly Philips Electronics Manufacturing Technology) in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, China and the U.S.

    Hans holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch in the Netherlands, and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

  • Group President, Emerging Markets

    Petros Diamantides

    Group President, Emerging Markets

    Petros was named COO Emerging Markets in April 2022. Prior to joining Duravant, Petros served as President and CEO of Metalfrio Solutions SA, listed in São Paulo, Brazil, a global leader in commercial refrigeration equipment. He also held various senior leadership roles across multiple geographic regions at Frigoglass SAIC, listed in Athens, Greece, including Managing Director/Group CEO.

    His extensive global management experience extends from North and South America to Europe, Africa, and Asia. Petros started his career at Procter & Gamble based in the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from UMIST, UK and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Alliance Manchester Business School, UK.

    David Wilson

    Group President, Protein Processing

    David Wilson was appointed Group President, Protein Processing in 2024. He joined Duravant in 2023 as President Foodmate NL, bringing with him extensive leadership experience in the global food processing industry. Prior to joining Duravant, he held the role of Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Marel Meat, based in The Netherlands. There, he held several leadership and management roles throughout his tenure.

    David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Business Management and a Master’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland.

  • Group President, Food Sorting and Handling

    Jack Lee

    Group President, Food Sorting and Handling

    Jack Lee was appointed Group President, Food Sorting and Handling in 2023. He joined Duravant in 2022 as President, Key Technology Americas and assumed leadership responsibility for WECO. Prior, Jack held the role of President of Red Lion Controls, a division of Spectris PLC. He also served as Managing Director of Surface Equipment and Automation at Dover Artificial Lift. Jack also held several key marketing, business development and general management roles at Emerson Electric and Emerson Process Management. He started his career at Pennzoil as a Computer Network Specialist and Chemical Engineer.

    Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University and Master’s degrees in Chemical/Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and Engineering Management from Northwestern University. He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    Raman Joshi

    Group President, Material Handling

    Raman Joshi joined Duravant in April 2017 as President of FMH Conveyors Americas and was appointed Group President, Material Handling in 2022. Prior to joining Duravant, he held various executive positions at Manitowoc Cranes, including Vice President and General Manager–Asia Pacific, Managing Director–India, Director of Product Marketing and Global Product Manager.

    Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles in engineering, marketing and sales at NSK Americas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from MBM Engineering College in India, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan.
