  • Chief Executive Officer

    Jill Evanko

    Chief Executive Officer

    Jill Evanko was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Duravant in January 2026. Prior to joining Duravant, she served as President and CEO of Chart Industries, Inc. where she joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior, Jill was the Chief Financial Officer of Truck-Lite Co. LLC as well as having held multiple executive leadership positions at Dover Corporation and its subsidiaries. Her earlier experience includes financial and operational roles at Arthur Andersen LLP, Honeywell Corporation and Sony Corporation.

    Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from La Salle University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Notre Dame. She also serves as an independent director of the Board of Greif, Inc.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Carson Brennan

    Chief Operating Officer

    Carson Brennan was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2026. He joined Duravant in 2016 to lead Business Development and M&A and later served as President of Key Technology Americas. Most recently, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer & Group President, Packaging Automation.

    Prior to joining Duravant, Carson founded a remote coaching platform for young professionals. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Finance and Operations for Evertrue and held positions with Madison Dearborn Partners and Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University.

  • Group President, Emerging Markets

    Petros Diamantides

    Group President, Emerging Markets

    Petros was named COO Emerging Markets in April 2022. Prior to joining Duravant, Petros served as President and CEO of Metalfrio Solutions SA, listed in São Paulo, Brazil, a global leader in commercial refrigeration equipment. He also held various senior leadership roles across multiple geographic regions at Frigoglass SAIC, listed in Athens, Greece, including Managing Director/Group CEO.

    His extensive global management experience extends from North and South America to Europe, Africa, and Asia. Petros started his career at Procter & Gamble based in the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from UMIST, UK and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Alliance Manchester Business School, UK.

  • Group President, Industrial Automation

    Raman Joshi

    Group President, Industrial Automation

    Raman Joshi joined Duravant in April 2017 as President of FMH Conveyors Americas and was appointed Group President, Industrial Automation in March 2026. Prior to joining Duravant, he held various executive positions at Manitowoc Cranes, including Vice President and General Manager – Asia Pacific, Managing Director – India, Director of Product Marketing, and Global Product Manager.

    Earlier in his career, Raman held several leadership roles in engineering, marketing, and sales at NSK Americas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MBM Engineering College in India, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

  • Group President, Food Automation

    David Wilson

    Group President, Food Automation

    David Wilson was appointed Group President, Food Automation in March 2026. He joined Duravant in 2023 as President of Foodmate NL, bringing extensive leadership experience in the global food processing industry. Prior to joining Duravant, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Marel Meat, based in The Netherlands, where he held several leadership and management roles throughout his tenure.

    David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Business Management and a Master’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland.

  • Chief Human Resources Officer

    David Parker

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    David Parker serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Duravant, where he has been responsible for global human capital strategy and organizational development since 2014. He brings extensive leadership experience from prior roles at Lanier Worldwide and Ricoh Americas Corporation, where he served as Senior Director of Customer Administration prior to joining Duravant. David also held various leadership roles in Human Resources, Administration, and Sales Operations during his time at Lanier Worldwide.

    David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.
